Package Booking Requirements: All class packages must be secured and confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the start date of the first scheduled session. This ensures adequate preparation time and proper allocation of your reserved time slot.

Class Cancelation and Rescheduling Policy:

First-Time Courtesy: We understand that unexpected situations arise. As a courtesy, the first last-minute cancellation will be accommodated without penalty.

Last-Minute Cancellations: Any additional last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be counted as a completed session. The class will be deducted from your package or charged accordingly.

Same-Day Rescheduling Option: In the event of a last-minute cancellation, a reschedule to a different time slot on the same day may be considered, subject to instructor availability. This is not guaranteed and depends on open slots remaining in the daily schedule.

Schedule Integrity:

Once a class is scheduled, the time slot is reserved exclusively for you. This prevents other students from booking that availability.

Consequently, same-day changes are generally restricted unless the specific rescheduling conditions outlined above are met.
